Exhumed, now there is a band name which strikes fear into men and regret into plenty of lasses. These guys have been erupting eardrums since 1992 and watching them tear up the stage was a pleasure that I will not soon forget.

Bands die out. It’s a natural thing, whether it’s through murder, treachery or heartbreak. Some bands collapse before their time, leaving the world with mere fragments of what could have been. Some bands rise from the grave to tour the festival circuit for the promise of nostalgia-bucks and a shot to relive there glory days.
This album is loaded with unanswered questions. Is the song “Creature of Desire” about freedom and motorbikes, or repressed sexual urges? Will Visigoth release the best “Necropolis” cover of 2015? I know I spout a lot of crap in my reviews but trust me when I say that we’ve got just about the full monty from the debut album of these Salt Lake City-based bandits.
A true heavy metal legend, Zakk Wylde has always been able to give a good interview and is always interesting to talk too. Always willing to share what’s going through his mind, Zakk Wylde blew me away with his humor and kindness, truly bringing heavy metal to people of all generations.
Just when your faith in the underground was a pile of burnt-out coal in your little sister’s Christmas stocking, Edmonton’s high-octane rockers pours some kerosene on the sparks by releasing their meanest album to date. I like this album more than 2012’s Armed to the Teeth, which was not as toothy as the robotic-dinosaur cover art implied. It’s kinda different.
