On a beautiful summer evening, English New Wave Legends Psychedelic Furs, and James, played the final date of their 2019 U.S. tour. Music fans arrived at the venue early to enjoy the warm summer sun and celebrate with a variety of local spirits at the well-stocked bars located across the amphitheater. The joint Live Nation, Nederlander Production featured a local fitting act, Dear Boys as openers for the show. The young Los Angeles band wrote their first EP, which was released in 2013,
Rob Thomas, best known as the frontman for Matchbox Twenty, played an extraordinary concert at Samala showroom in the Chumash Casino Resort, Friday night, March 29th. Not only was the show sold out long ago, but it was the largest audience at the venue since Stevie Wonder played there a few years ago. Music fans filled every nook and cranny of the showroom for the one-off concert.

Arlo Guthrie returned to Santa Barbara’s historic Lobero theater to play a sold-out concert on Tuesday, March 19th. The iconic singer-songwriter, most famous for his anti-war protest anthem, Alice’s Restaurant, celebrated that song’s 50th anniversary two years ago, with a concert that was one of many that he has played at the Lobero.
