n 2017, DJ and producer TJ Mizell revealed his debut original single “SEASONS,” an electronic meets R&B single featuring A$AP Ferg, Sebastian Mikael, and JNTHN STEIN. Star of of WeTV’s Growing Up HipHop, and co-founder of New York City label Doperoots, Mizell has released a number of tastemaker applauded remixes to date, and “SEASONS” marks the next evolution of the multi-faceted artist’s career.
Today, the visual counterpart to the single is now being released via Doperoots. Directed by Aiden Magarian of Los Angeles production company FuseHouse, the “SEASONS” music video brings to life the ethos of the single with the help of stars Crichy Crich and Amenah Soares. “The song is tailored toward realistic romantics who understand that feelings change much like the seasons do,” explains Mizell.
As for how “SEASONS” came together, Mizell describes the organic nature in which his collaborative effort began with JNTHN STEIN, and later evolved to include not only vocalist Sebastian Mikael, but also A$AP FERG:
