The Phase is a young alternative pop/rock band from Sydney. Fronted by singer-songwriter Luke Mangraviti, they aim to create music that indirectly challenges pop culture and its aesthetic. ‘Can’t Get It’ is their debut single set to be released in early August along with the official video.

Recorded with Oscar Sharah at Grouch Productions in Sydney, ‘Can’t Get It’ merges roaring guitars and loud-quiet dynamics with massive choruses and melodic hooks.

“The song is about not being able to get something and how people confuse themselves with what they think they want and what they actually want,” says Luke on the meaning behind the song.
