Seaway Release New Track “SOMETHING WONDERFUL”

Toronto pop-punk outfit Seaway have just released “Something Wonderful”, the second single off of their anticipated forthcoming LP Vacation – due out on September 15, 2017 through Dine Alone Records. Of the new track, guitarist Andrew Eichinger had this to say, “We wrote this song completely last minute in the studio because we had extra time. At first, we were on the fence about forcing another song but I’m glad we did because it turned out to be one of everyone’s favourites. Because of the instrumental vibe of the song, I wanted the lyrics to be fun, weird, and quirky in a Weezer-esque fashion. It started with the Ross and Rachel line and snowballed from there, with summertime at a northern Ontario cottage being the basis for the imagery and setting.”
In support of their forthcoming record, Seaway will be touring extensively in Australia and the U.S over the next few months. The band will return to Canada in November to open for Silverstein on their cross-Canada tour. Tickets for the tour are now available to purchase. For all confirmed tour dates, please see below.
