Styline Pioneering New Power-House Sound – “Suicide Squad” Out Now!

Styline Suicide SquadTried and tested in festivals and clubs all around Asia, Styline’s newest Power House Jam is ready for action. Back from Vietnam after playing out his latest track on a proper sound system, the emerging producer’s explosive tune is ready for the masses. “Suicide Squad” is by far one of his most catchy and groovy tracks, packing a punch to make people move.

The rolling groove was there from the start, and Styline knew he had the right sound design. Wanting to add a characteristic element, Styline took to testing the tune live for feedback and edits; The Funktion-1 sound system at 1900 in Vietnam played a huge role in tweaking the vibe and perfecting the sound. Originally premiered at the Storm Festival in China, “Suicide Squad” is one of the first tracks to come out exclusively on his own label, Maskade, which will serve as the platform to bring his original power house sound to clubs and festivals around the world. While the title of the track is inspired by the forthcoming Suicide Squad film, the naming was once quite different, as it’s first project name was the German word “Todsünden,” which is a forbidden word in German culture (it means ‘deadly sins’).

“Usually if you have a groovy track, and we have a lot of percussion work going on in this one, it’s really hard to go into a more aggressive vibe. In this case, we gradually introduce it in the buildups and main breakdown, so that when it drops together with the lead synth it just tears the roof up big time!” – Styline

There’s much more Power House to come from Styline, so stay tuned and keep groovin’!
